Project Rockstar is about developing the best and most attractive parts of yourself to the fullest, and fitness is a big part of that. Beyond just looking good, being in your best shape is fundamental towards feeling like a man, building inner confidence, and being naturally attractive. The ideal man is a 10 in every sense of the word, so of course it makes sense that he would understand nutrition and fitness.
You will be put through an intensive, all-encompassing nutrition and fitness transformation for the 8 weeks leading up to the summer. A special workout and nutrition program will give you the greatest results in the least amount of time. There are no shortcuts to getting the best results, so expect this program to be rigorous and challenging. But if you stay driven the end results are worth it.

Get ready to eat. This group will be packing down thousands of calories to gain as much lean muscle mass as possible. Gainers will be eating around 4,000 calories per day of lean meats, vegetables, and complex carbs. Rockstars who do not need to lose significant body fat will end up in this group. Gainers will add up to 20 pounds of muscle.
Named for the goal of losing body fat, this group will focus on restricting calories and using heavy amounts of cardio and weight training to create a lean and cut physique. It will be challenging, but as past Rockstars can attest, the results are amazing. Losers will shed about 20-30 pounds of fat while gaining tone and definition.
Some Rockstars will be switched between groups as necessary, spending some time in the Loser group before transitioning over to the Gainer group or vice versa. Hybrids will be navigated through the tricky path of first losing excess body quickly, then gaining lean muscle while maintaining optimal body fat levels.

Depending on grouping, the diet component will vary. Gainers will be eating A LOT of lean meats, vegetables, and complex carbs. Losers will be eating a strictly controlled diet of mainly vegetables and lean meats. The diet requirements will change throughout the program based on progress and needs.
The fitness program includes a rigorous weightlifting regimen that will require being in the gym for 4-5 days per week. It also includes moderate to intense cardio in the morning and evenings, based on the groupings. Prospective Rockstars should be prepared to spend approximately 2 hours in the gym on each training day.
Supplements will be recommended to the Rockstars to enhance their results and shorten the time to achieving their fitness goals. Supplementation is not a substitute for hard work but will make things move faster. A comprehensive list of supplements will be provided upon acceptance onto Project Rockstar.
