Project Rockstar is about developing the best and most attractive parts of yourself to the fullest, and fitness is a big part of that. Beyond just looking good, being in your best shape is fundamental towards feeling like a man, building real confidence, and being naturally attractive. The ideal man is a 10 in every sense of the word, so of course it makes sense that he would understand nutrition, train regularly, and be in top-notch shape.

You will be put through an intensive, all-encompassing nutrition and fitness transformation developed by sports nutrition brand, Sports Food, for the first 12 weeks of Project Rockstar. The experts over at Sports Food have created a special workout and nutrition program that will give you the greatest results in the least amount of time. There are no shortcuts to getting the best results, so expect this program to be extremely rigorous and challenging. But trust us, the end results are very much so worth it.

As soon as you receive acceptance onto Project Rockstar, the work begins. The mandatory Sports Food 12-week fitness program begins two weeks after you are accepted. You will be placed in either a Gainer, Loser or Hybrid group depending on your weight, body fat percentage and current fitness level. This grouping will determine the custom tailored diet and nutrition plan that you will follow for the duration of the fitness transformation.

As a Rockstar, you'll come to discover that a masculine physique and redefined appearance is something you'll wish you never lived without. The benefits are endless, from the way girls look at you, to the manner in which guys treat you. It becomes nightly occurrence for the club's hottest girls to ask why there is a group of ripped, good looking guys from around the world hanging around. When you complete the Fitness component, you'll be one big step closer to becoming the man you always knew you could be.

Gainers

Get ready to eat. This group will be packing down thousands of calories to gain as much lean muscle mass as possible. Gainers will be eating around 4,000 calories per day of lean meats, vegetables, and complex carbs. Rockstars who do not need to lose significant body fat will end up in this group. Gainers will add up to 20 pounds of muscle.

Losers

Named for the goal of losing body fat, this group will focus on restricting calories and using heavy amounts of cardio and weight training to create a lean and cut physique. It will be challenging, but as past Rockstars can attest, the results are amazing. Losers will shed about 20-30 pounds of fat while gaining tone and definition.

Hybrids

Some Rockstars will be switched between groups as necessary, spending some time in the Loser group before transitioning over to the Gainer group or vice versa. Hybrids will be navigated through the tricky path of first losing excess body quickly, then gaining lean muscle while maintaining optimal body fat levels.

Diet

Depending on grouping, the diet component will vary. Gainers will be eating 6+ Tupperwares per day filled with lean meats, vegetables, and complex carbs. Losers will be eating a strictly controlled diet of mainly vegetables and lean meats. The diet requirements will change throughout the program based on progress and needs.

Training

The fitness program includes an intense weightlifting regimen that will require being in the gym for 4-5 days per week. It also includes moderate to intense cardio in the morning and evening everyday of the week, based on the groupings. Prospective Rockstars should be prepared to spend 2+ hours in the gym on each training day.

Supplements

Sports Food will be supplying supplements to the Rockstars that will enhance their results and shorten the time to achieving their fitness goals. Supplementation is not a substitute for hard work, but it will make things move faster. A comprehensive list of supplements will be provided upon acceptance onto Project Rockstar.
